Trust & Safety

Last updated August 19, 2026

Admito is committed to a safe platform, especially for minors. This policy explains how to report concerns and what we do about them.

1. How to report

Use the report or flag control on a profile, message, or review where available, or email safety@admito.ai. Reports can be about safety, harassment, fraud, misrepresentation, off-platform solicitation, or any policy violation.

2. Emergency notice

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local authorities or call 911 first. Admito is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee a real-time response. Please also notify us so we can act on the account.

3. What we do with a report

Depending on severity, we may review the account and associated activity; contact the parties; restrict, suspend, delist, or permanently remove a counselor or user; preserve evidence; and, where appropriate or legally required, make a mandatory report or referral to authorities or child-safety organizations (such as the NCMEC CyberTipline), keeping the records those obligations require.

4. Minor safety

Reports involving minors are prioritized. Counselors advising minors are bound by our Minor Safeguarding & Mandatory-Reporting requirements; violations can result in immediate removal and reporting to authorities. See our Children & Parental Consent policy.

5. No retaliation

We prohibit retaliation against anyone who makes a good-faith report. Retaliation is itself a violation that can lead to removal.

6. Cooperation with authorities

Admito cooperates with valid legal process and may disclose information as permitted or required by law. See our Government & Law-Enforcement Data Requests policy.

7. Abuse of reporting

Knowingly false or bad-faith reports intended to harass or gain advantage are themselves violations.

8. Transparency

We aim to acknowledge reports and act promptly. Outcomes may be limited by privacy and legal constraints, so we may not always be able to share the specifics of any action taken.
