SMS Messaging Policy

Last updated June 30, 2026

This is a plain-language template provided for transparency. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use.

Admito offers an optional text-message (SMS) program so students can receive timely reminders about their college journey. This policy explains how the program works and your choices. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program description

When you opt in, Admito sends recurring automated SMS messages related to your account — primarily application and scholarship deadline reminders and related account notifications. This is a transactional/informational program; we do not send third-party marketing by text.

2. How you opt in (consent)

SMS is strictly opt-in. You enable it yourself in your account settings by adding and verifying a mobile number and turning on text reminders. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Only the account holder may opt in a number they own.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity (for example, how many deadlines you are tracking). We send only what is relevant to your account.

4. Cost

Admito does not charge for SMS reminders, but message and data rates may applyfrom your mobile carrier. Check your plan for details.

5. Opting out — reply STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS to that number. You can also turn off text reminders in your account settings. To opt back in, re-enable reminders in settings or text START.

6. Help — reply HELP

For help, reply HELP to any message or email support.admito@gmail.com.

7. Carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and conditions outside our control.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile information (your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent) is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use your number only to deliver the messages you requested and to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the program evolves. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.

10. Contact
