Security & Reporting
Last updated October 14, 2026
Scammers sometimes copy or tamper with real websites. Knowing what we will never ask of you is the quickest way to spot one.
Admito will never ask you to
- Open PowerShell, Command Prompt, Terminal or the Run box, or press key combinations like Windows + R or Windows + X.
- Paste anything into your computer to “verify” you're human.
- Download or run a file to sign in, sign up or fix your account.
- Share your password, a sign-in code or a verification code with anyone — including someone claiming to be from Admito.
We don't use “I am not a robot” puzzles at all. If you see one on a page that looks like Admito — especially one that gives you steps to follow on your keyboard — it is a scam.
If you see something suspicious
- Don't follow the steps. Close the tab.
- Email security@admito.ai with the page address and, if you can, a screenshot. We read every report.
- If you already ran something it told you to: disconnect that computer from the internet, then — from a different device — change your important passwords (email first) and sign out of other sessions. Let us know so we can help secure your Admito account.
Reporting a vulnerability
Security researchers can reach us at security@admito.ai. Please include steps to reproduce, and give us reasonable time to fix an issue before sharing it publicly. Our machine-readable contact is at /.well-known/security.txt.
