1. Commitment

2. What triggers notification

Unauthorized access to, acquisition of, or disclosure of personal information that creates a risk of harm.

3. User notification

We notify affected users without undue delay and within the timeframes required by applicable law. Notices describe, in plain language: what happened, what data was involved, what we are doing, and what you can do.

4. Regulator notification

Where required, we notify regulators within the applicable deadlines, and any schools or districts under our agreements.

5. Minors' data

Incidents involving minors' data receive heightened priority and tailored notification to parents and guardians. See our Children & Parental Consent policy.
