Welcome to Admito. We're glad you're here. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Admito for your use of our website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Admito

You may use the Service if you can form a binding agreement with us. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent or guardian's involvement and consent. Families and counselors are welcome and encouraged to participate in a student's journey.

2. Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support.admito@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. What Admito is

Admito provides college-search, scholarship, essay, financial-planning, and application-organization tools, including AI-assisted features. The Service offers guidance and information — not professional admissions, legal, or financial advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. See our Disclaimer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe others' rights while using the Service;
  • submit false information, or impersonate someone else;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • scrape, resell, or misuse data or content from the Service; or
  • use the Service to harm, harass, or deceive others.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and we don't prorate or refund the current period unless required by law. Prices may change with notice for future periods.

6. AI-generated content and your responsibility

AI features can produce inaccurate or incomplete content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying anything you rely on or submit (including essays and applications). Don't submit AI-generated work in any way that violates a school's or provider's rules.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant Admito the limited permission needed to operate and improve the Service for you (for example, to store your drafts and generate suggestions). You're responsible for having the rights to the content you provide.

8. Our content

The Service, including our software, design, and brand, belongs to Admito and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the Service, you agree to that policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Admito is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for admissions, scholarship, or financial outcomes. See our Disclaimer for details.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Admito evolves. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
